流體畫金屬/玻璃托盤適用擺放什麼?l What is the purpose of pour painting metal/glass trays?

基於安全理由,我們不建議客人擺放沒有包裝的食物。適用於乘載包括首飾、鎖鑰、零食等

For safety reasons, we do not recommend that customer place unpackaged food. It can be used for placing jewelry, keys, snacks, etc.

飾品該如何保養?l How can i maintain the jewellery well?

請勿直接接觸化妝品、香水、清潔劑、海水、乳液。在每日配戴後使用衛生紙或是紙巾將汗水,汙漬擦乾淨便可,建議在運動、洗澡、就寢、或作家事,先將飾品取下收妥;長期不穿戴時請務必存放置於密封收納袋裡避免飾品產生變質、氧化
*如有過敏體質請勿持續配戴

Please prevent with direct into contact with cosmetics, perfumes, detergents, seawater, or lotions. After wearing, please use toilet paper or paper towels to wipe away sweat and stains. It is recommended to remove the jewelry before exercising, bathing, going to bed, or anything else. When you not wearing it for a long time, please be sure to store it in a sealed storage bag to avoid deterioration and oxidation of the jewelry.
* If you have allergies, please avoid with continuing to wear it.

下單後,商品一般多久會寄出?l After placing an order, how long will the product be sent out?

成功下單會收到訂單確認信,商品下單確認付款之後3-5個工作天內出貨,若需加急處理,可先聯絡我們!

If you successfully place an order, you will receive an order confirmation letter. Product will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed and the payment is made. If you need urgent processing, please contact us!

You can choose to pick it up from home delivery, or pick it up at smart lockers, convenience stores and other optional locations. If you wish to make a face-to-face transaction, please let us know

我如何支付運費?l How do I pay for shipping?

訂單滿HK$300或以上,我們提供免費本地送貨服務。 對於低於此金額的訂單,取件時需支付相關運費(HK$30)

For orders of HKD 300 or above, we provide free local delivery service. For orders below this amount, the relevant shipping fee (HKD 30) will be charged when picking up the product.

提交訂單後可否更改送貨方式?l Can I change the delivery method after submitting the order?

所有訂單一經提交後均不能更改送貨方式,請務必在下單時確認所需要的送貨方式。不便之處,敬請原諒
