We aim to ship all the orders within 5-7 working days. Each of our products is handmade by clincolour, and we strive to deliver it to you efficiently.

• Free local shipping for orders of HKD 350 or above.
• For orders below HKD 350, shipping fee must be paid at the time of pickup.
• If you are urgently need to receive the order or want to make a face-to-face transaction, please leave a note to the order at checkout.
• Please make sure your delivery and contact information are correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for any lost packages or items deemed undeliverable. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the buyer separately.
